Dmc5 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using dmc5's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dmc5 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and our responsible gaming policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. dmc5 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this website.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest conditions.

Account Creation & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use dmc5's services. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • Each user is only permitted to hold one active account.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
  • Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party.
  • Dmc5 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance purposes.

Account Security Responsibilities

Users are required to take reasonable precautions to protect their accounts. This includes using a strong password, avoiding public devices when logging in, and ensuring login credentials are not disclosed to any third party.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the dmc5 support team immediately at [email protected]. dmc5 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain account security.

Platform Usage Rules

Dmc5 users are required to use this platform for legitimate entertainment purposes only. Any unlawful use — including attempts to manipulate the system, use of automated software (bots), or engagement in fraudulent activity — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dmc5 platform:

  • Registering an account using false information or another person's identity.
  • Using unauthorised payment methods or credit/debit cards that do not belong to you.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
  • Abusing promotional offers or bonuses through unauthorised means.
  • Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the security or functionality of the platform.
  • Sharing or selling account access to another party.

Dmc5 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action without prior notice.

Payments & Transactions

All transactions on the dmc5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local online banking.

  • Deposits are typically credited within minutes of confirmation.
  • Withdrawals are processed in accordance with established verification procedures.
  • Dmc5 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
  • Any fees or charges imposed by payment service providers are the responsibility of the user.

Liability Limit

Dmc5 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or inaccurate information.

The dmc5 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees that the service will always be available without interruption. Users access this platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for any betting decisions made.

Account Suspension & Closure

Dmc5 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requests, or where a user is found not to meet the age eligibility requirements.

In the event of a suspension, users will be notified and given an opportunity to clarify their situation within a specified timeframe. For account closures due to fraud or abuse, any balance in the account may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the dmc5 support team. Any valid balance will be returned via the original payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dmc5 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of dmc5 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, or use any content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

The dmc5 platform may contain links to third-party services for payment or reference purposes. dmc5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party policies separately.

Dmc5 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or email. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
